Business Process Automation Consultant
I map manual, error-prone processes and replace them with automations that keep running once they are live. Make, Zapier, Power Automate or Salesforce itself: the tool follows the process, not the other way round.
What's included
- Invoicing and billing workflows
- HR onboarding and offboarding
- Operations hand-offs between teams and systems
- Syncing lead, customer and order data between tools
- Approvals, notifications and escalations
- Error handling, retries and monitoring
How I work
Map the process
We walk the process as it really runs today: who touches it, which systems hold the data, and where it stalls or breaks.
Choose the platform
Make, Zapier and Power Automate each have strengths. I choose based on volume, complexity, existing licences and who will maintain it afterwards.
Build for failure
Retries, alerts, logging and clear ownership are designed in from the start, so a failed run is visible instead of silent.
Hand over
You get documentation and a walkthrough so your team can run and adjust the automation after launch.
When this is the right fit
- Your team re-keys data between spreadsheets, CRM and accounting tools
- A process depends on one person remembering to do a step
- Existing automations fail silently and nobody wants to touch them
- Hand-offs between departments stall in email threads
Common questions.
Should I use Make, Zapier or Power Automate?
It depends on the process. Power Automate fits best when the work lives in Microsoft 365, Zapier is quick for simple app-to-app flows, and Make handles branching, data transformation and higher volumes more flexibly. I recommend one after looking at your process, volumes and who will own it.
Can you fix an automation someone else built?
Yes. I review the existing scenarios or flows, find where they fail or lack error handling, and either repair them or rebuild the fragile parts.
Let's talk about your project.
