MuleSoft & Integrations
Integrations are where Salesforce projects most often go wrong: timeouts, duplicate records, silent failures. I design and build MuleSoft and API-based integrations that stay predictable as volumes grow.
What's included
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform integrations
- REST and SOAP API integrations with Salesforce
- Event-driven designs with Platform Events
- ERP and back-office connectivity, including Certinia
- Authentication with OAuth 2.0, JWT and Connected Apps
- Error handling, replay and monitoring
How I work
Define the contract
Systems, fields, direction of sync and ownership of each record type are agreed before building.
Pick the right pattern
Request/response, batch or event-driven: chosen on volume, latency needs and failure tolerance.
Make failures visible
Every integration gets logging, retry rules and alerting, so problems are caught by monitoring instead of by users.
When this is the right fit
- Data between Salesforce and your ERP is out of sync or arrives late
- An integration works in testing but struggles in production
- You need to expose or consume APIs securely
- Point-to-point connections have become hard to maintain
Common questions.
Do I need MuleSoft, or is a direct API integration enough?
Not every project needs MuleSoft. For one or two systems, a direct API integration or an automation platform can be simpler and cheaper. MuleSoft earns its place when many systems share data and reuse matters.
Are you MuleSoft certified?
Yes, I hold the MuleSoft Certified Specialist credential.
